Berth end-user license
Copyright © 2026 ByAllMeans, s.r.o. All rights reserved.
Berth is proprietary software. The app is licensed, not sold.
1. License
A Berth license, lifetime or subscription, lets you install and use Berth on the Macs you own or control, for personal use or, per seat, within one organisation. A subscription license lasts until its expiry date and the grace period the app shows. A lifetime license and a subscription unlock the same features.
2. Trial
For 7 days from first launch you may use Berth without a license, to evaluate it. After the trial the limits described in the app apply: your dock keeps working as it is, and adding items or profiles asks for a license.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Berth, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except as far as the law where you live permits despite this restriction. Berth’s source code is not licensed for copying, modification, redistribution or derivative works.
4. No warranty
Berth is provided as it is, with no warranty beyond what the law requires. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the license, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
5. Refunds
You may ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, counted from your first message to us, as the support policy describes.
6. Termination
This license ends if you break its terms. You must then stop using Berth and remove it from your Macs.
7. Third-party components
Berth includes components under their own licenses, listed in the app’s acknowledgements (Settings → About → Show Acknowledgements). Those licenses apply to those components.
8. Contact
Write to the support address shown in Berth under Settings → About, currently support@byallmeans.work.
